About Me

I always had an interest in how people think, feel, behave and learn. This drew me towards the area of education, which in turn drew me towards counselling and psychotherapy.

Each session with me is a confidential and held in a safe and regular space for a person to think and talk about themselves and the world they live in.

My aim as a counsellor is to support each person as they gain an insight and understanding into their life challenges and difficulties, while also supporting them as they make changes.

I work using an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy drawing on a variety of theories including Existential, Cognitive, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic / Psychoanalytic therapy.

I believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution for individuals seeking help.
I seek to help you make sense of what is going on in your life. This includes focus on early and past experiences and how they impact on the person you are today.
